
浙能集團召開數字化改革工作推進會

會上(shang)成(cheng)立浙能數字科技有限公(gong)(gong)司,胡仲(zhong)明(ming)、詹敏為新成(cheng)立的公(gong)(gong)司揭牌。
胡仲(zhong)明指出(chu),數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)改革(ge)是浙江立足新(xin)發(fa)(fa)展階段、貫徹新(xin)發(fa)(fa)展理(li)念(nian)、構建(jian)新(xin)發(fa)(fa)展格局的重(zhong)大戰略舉措,當前大力推(tui)行的數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)改革(ge)是“最(zui)多跑一次”改革(ge)和(he)政府數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉型的迭代升(sheng)級,省委省政府、省國資委以及集團(tuan)黨委和(he)董事會高度重(zhong)視這(zhe)項(xiang)工作。

胡仲(zhong)明指出,要準確理(li)解數字化(hua)(hua)改(gai)革內涵要義,牢牢把握“改(gai)革之(zhi)勢”。數字化(hua)(hua)改(gai)革是撬動國企改(gai)革三年(nian)行動的(de)有力(li)(li)(li)支撐,是貫徹落實(shi)省(sheng)(sheng)委省(sheng)(sheng)政府(fu)重(zhong)大(da)戰略部署的(de)具(ju)體行動,是抓住(zhu)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)安全保供以(yi)及加(jia)快推(tui)(tui)進能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)綠色低碳轉(zhuan)型(xing)的(de)關鍵變量(liang),是提(ti)升國企治理(li)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)(li)和核心競爭(zheng)力(li)(li)(li)實(shi)現(xian)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發展的(de)有效途徑。希望各單位抓住(zhu)機遇,利(li)用數字化(hua)(hua)加(jia)快傳統能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)科技創(chuang)新,加(jia)速(su)集(ji)團生(sheng)產業(ye)務、管理(li)業(ye)務等方(fang)面數字化(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)型(xing)進程,將(jiang)數字化(hua)(hua)改(gai)革過程中提(ti)煉形成的(de)好經驗、好項目、好做法,作(zuo)為企業(ye)提(ti)升自主創(chuang)新能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)重(zhong)要成果廣泛推(tui)(tui)廣。
針對下階段工作(zuo),胡仲明要求明確集團數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化改(gai)革(ge)的(de)目標(biao)(biao)任(ren)務,緊(jin)緊(jin)抓住(zhu)“改(gai)革(ge)之(zhi)要”。要以推動(dong)管理(li)(li)變革(ge)、效率變革(ge)、動(dong)力(li)變革(ge)為目標(biao)(biao),按照“示范(fan)引領、統(tong)(tong)籌推進(jin)、條線(xian)整合、協同發(fa)力(li)”的(de)思路,把數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化改(gai)革(ge)融入企業發(fa)展的(de)關鍵領域(yu),開展數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化“132”工程建設(she),抓好“三個(ge)重(zhong)塑”:抓組織(zhi)形(xing)態重(zhong)塑,重(zhong)組設(she)立(li)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)科技公(gong)司,對信(xin)(xin)息專業技術團隊進(jin)行組織(zhi)形(xing)式(shi)變革(ge);抓平臺(tai)體系(xi)重(zhong)塑,在前(qian)期數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化建設(she)的(de)基礎上(shang)打造一(yi)個(ge)集“平臺(tai)服務、資源集中、數(shu)(shu)據共享、開放兼容、安(an)全可(ke)信(xin)(xin)”兼具的(de)一(yi)體化智能數(shu)(shu)字(zi)平臺(tai),全面構(gou)建與(yu)集團數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化改(gai)革(ge)工作(zuo)相匹(pi)配的(de)標(biao)(biao)準制度體系(xi)和網(wang)絡(luo)安(an)全體系(xi)等;抓應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)重(zhong)塑,推進(jin)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)管理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、數(shu)(shu)字(zi)生產系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、數(shu)(shu)字(zi)服務系(xi)統(tong)(tong)三大綜合應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)建設(she)。
他強調,要(yao)(yao)扎實(shi)推進集團數字(zi)化(hua)改(gai)革工作,全面(mian)整(zheng)合“改(gai)革之力(li)”,既要(yao)(yao)加強戰略謀劃(hua)和頂(ding)層設計,也要(yao)(yao)把握工作著力(li)點(dian),形(xing)成工作合力(li),抓好具體任務落實(shi),重點(dian)抓好“三個聚焦(jiao)(jiao)”:聚焦(jiao)(jiao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)班推進,構建高(gao)效協同工作格局;聚焦(jiao)(jiao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業管(guan)理,切實(shi)提升(sheng)數字(zi)治(zhi)理能力(li);聚焦(jiao)(jiao)考核(he)評(ping)價,不斷(duan)完(wan)善優化(hua)閉環管(guan)理。

會上(shang),陸翔作(zuo)《關(guan)于加快推進數字化改革攻堅戰,高水平(ping)建設一流數字強企的總體方案》說明(ming),并(bing)作(zuo)工作(zuo)部署(shu)。
浙(zhe)能集團所(suo)屬臺二發電(dian)公(gong)司(si)、城市燃(ran)氣(qi)公(gong)司(si)、天然氣(qi)運行公(gong)司(si),集團政治工(gong)作(zuo)部、招投標管理(li)部、財務(wu)共享服務(wu)中心等單(dan)位(wei)和部門先后作(zuo)前期“跑改(gai)”和數(shu)字化改(gai)革成效交(jiao)流,并就(jiu)下一步推進改(gai)革表態發言。
